Step 1: Navigate to add teacher page
This is found under the teacher dropdown on the admin navbar.
Step 2: Input teacher information
Input the information requested on the page and you’re done! Simple.
- nickname: this is what will be shown on the page for the teacher, in case you want to display something other than their full name to students.
- email: this is important because teachers will need to verify their emails to get notifications and log in.
- zoom email: if you are integrating Zoom, each teacher using Zoom with need to have an email associated with a Zoom account to automatically generate their schedules on Zoom
- calendar color coding: on the schedule, each teacher is color-coded to make it easier to see, you can specify the color here
- password: please keep note of this as the teacher will need this to log in
